Starting on October 10th and running every Thursday in November, we now have a 7:30pm Yoga class. The first month will be completely free for both members and non-members alike. Come out and try a new and different way of moving.

Each new day your body tells you where your limits are, how far your edge is, and where to stop. ” said Movement Yoga instructor Jennifer Worley.
Whether you are an experienced yogi, an experienced lifter who is more accustomed to lifting heavy weights, or someone just trying to find your own fitness passion there is something for everyone in this class.
