Our programming is scientifically designed to boost your metabolism, decrease injury, increase strength, and improve your functional movement in day to day activities.

Membership includes unlimited attendance for these training sessions, and unlimited coaching during training times. A coach is always present to assist you.

The trend of expanding the definition of “women’s fitness” to include more than treadmills, ellipticals, and yoga continues at Movement Minneapolis. Learn the nuts and bolts of strength training in a safe and supportive setting.

And if you’re worried about becoming big and bulky if you lift weights? Not gonna happen. What will happen is that you’ll get the body you want: lean, mean and capable of anything.
