The x-Series of Services 

We maintain that by simply investing the time and following Movement protocols, you will witness incredible changes in your body (and your mind, for that matter).

For those of you who would like to accelerate your progress, however, we have implemented the x-Series. These services focus on specific areas in which you desire that extra boost.

Tx: Private Personal Training

Whether it’s because you prefer a one-on-one setting, you’re on a tight timeline to meet your goals, or you’ve got very specific training goals, the Tx option cuts away all other distractions and delivers customization, accountability and attention in a private training environment.

Rx: Rehab and Restoration

Rehab: $125 for the consultation and assessment.

Great for addressing specific pain issues. The Rehab services begin with a thorough assessment from a licensed doctor of physical therapy or experienced practitioner who works within the Movement model. What follows is a customized training plan focused on eliminating your chronic injuries, limitations, and past training imbalances.

Restoration: $95 per session.

Get a massage or other restorative bodywork. The Restorative services use massage techniques such as reiki, lymphatic drainage, pre-/postsurgical rehab techniques, and medical massage to help accelerate injury recovery, assist with stress management, and support relaxation and mental/emotional recovery.

Fx: Functional Testing and Clinical Support

Our team has joined with Dr. Kristi Hughes and The Dynamic Healing Center to provide functional medicine and naturopathic services. This is a unique clinical approach that includes taking a thorough medical history, doing functional testing (including necessary bloodwork), and filtering the results through a systems-biology approach to create a treatment plan that focuses on root cause and the largest changes with minimal intervention.

Ax: Action and Nutrition

$125 per session.


Knowing what you should eat is different from breaking old habits and putting that knowledge into action. The Nutrition services work to support you in finding the best nutrition options to support your goals right now, and expand from there to increase variety and your metabolic flexibility. Changes are done in a low-stress and adaptive fashion to encourage long-term success.


Sometimes, getting out of your way is the hardest part of making changes stick. The Action services utilize life coaching, Neuroliguistic Programming, and Hypnosis to support your process of replacing current behaviors with more positive ones; adopting new habits to support your goals; and working to overcome fears and phobias.

Drop In

Visiting from out of town? Contact us about drop-ins. Individual drop-ins are offered on a case-by-case basis only, and require prior approval.

Punch Pass

10 or 20 Passes.

If you know your attendance will be erratic, a punch pass might better suit your needs (even though the very best results come with consistency).

One-Time Crash Course


What if you just want the dirt on how you can train like we do? We offer a 3-hour one-on-one course covering the fundamentals of the Gym Movement Protocol. You will learn how to test movement using biofeedback, how to identify and avoid the elements of effort and how to structure your training to achieve any goal in the shortest amount of time.

We will then specifically look at your goals to determine how you can apply the model to your training.

Also included will be a follow-up phone call (or meeting for locals) after 4 to 6 weeks to review any questions.

Private Distance Coaching

$750 for 3 months

What if you don’t live in the Twin Cities, but you still want to learn how to make the fastest progress, avoid injuries, and realize your full potential?

We offer a comprehensive 12-week distance-coaching course that will take you from your current level of fitness or training experience to realizing your potential using the most advanced training protocol ever developed.

This course is completely customized for you and your goals. Some of our distance coaching clients are people who have never set foot in a gym and are sick and tired of being sick and tired. Others have been national-level competitive athletes looking for an edge in their strength and conditioning. Whatever the case may be, your coach will provide you with the resources and tools you need to succeed.

Over the 12-week course, you will receive a minimum of:

  • 3 private phone calls
  • 5 personalized videos

Mode and frequency of contact is highly individual, and we’ll adjust to whatever is necessary to get you to your goals.

The course will begin with a questionnaire to understand what your specific goals are.
