What if you could get better every single time you trained? What if progress were as easy as showing up? What if working hard was a thing of the past?
We believe that not only are these seemingly impossible promises possible, but they are your birth right. Becoming better and adapting is what humans are uniquely able to do. Constant improvement then requires only that we get out of our own way.
What is Gym Movement?
Gym Movement is a training system that maximizes doing what is best for your body at any given time.Through biofeedback testing you can determine what is best, and by maximizing training in eustress (good stress) you can give your body the maximum amount of positive training stress with the minimal amount of negative consequences.
Who Uses the Gym Movement Protocol?
Thousands of people around the world have adopted the training protocol, including elite athletes in many sports. While casual trainees enjoy the ease of constantly making progress with minimal effort, serious athletes appreciate the focus on quantification and metrics that the protocol lays out.
Why Use the Protocol?
If you’re perfectly satisfied with your training and physique or performance progress then the GM Protocol is not for you. However, if you’re in pain, stuck not making progress, or believe that there might be a way then it’s time for you to try something different. Training doesn’t have to be hard, and it certainly shouldn’t be painful.
How can I learn more?
As of this post, the Gym Movement Protocol remains on the bleeding edge of training technology. As such, there are limited comprehensive resources for learning more. Here are a few options:
- Local to Minneapolis? Come train at Movement Minneapolis and learn GM through your group classes.
- Sign up for one of Adam T. Glass’s Smarter Strength online courses.
- Work with David Dellanave via Movement Minneapolis’ distance coaching program.
- Find a Gym Movement coach in your area. Contact MM or Frankie Faires to find out who is closest to you.
